What the module delivers
Fiplan values the company from its plan: six methods, from discounted cash flows (DCF) to adjusted net assets, each assumption with its source and its date. The valuation report comes out in PDF and in Excel.
The five steps
- Data — which financial year?
- Normalisation — which EBITDA to retain?
- Assumptions — which rates, which multiples?
- Value — what is the company worth?
- Report — what is handed over?
What the module produces
- The valuation report: a two-page PDF and an Excel with live formulas.
- The documents in French, Dutch and English.
- In the client space: the published value, never your assumptions.
What sets it apart
- Six methods on one scale: DCF, EBITDA multiple, yield, goodwill, practitioners’ method, adjusted net assets.
- EBITDA normalisation: adjustments and normative years.
- Dated market references (OLO rate, premiums, betas, multiples), which only come in on your click, with their source and date.
- The value at 31/12/2025 for capital gains on shares (art. 102, § 4 ITC 92), and the deadline of 31/12/2027 for an expert report.

Frequently asked questions
Does Fiplan provide market data by default?
No. Without a market assumption, a method stays “to be completed”; a reference only comes in on your click, with its source and date.
Does the client see the valuation?
Yes, when you publish it: the published snapshot appears in their client space, never your assumptions.
What does Fiplan calculate for capital gains on shares?
The value at 31/12/2025 along the routes of art. 102, § 4 ITC 92, and the deadline of 31/12/2027 for an expert report.
